The mission of the Franklin College Information Technology Services Department is "to initiate and support advancement of technology and deliver competent service for technology in a responsive and professional manner."

The ITS Department is available to assist you Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. during the academic year and Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. during the summer.

Laptop Purchase Program

Franklin College also has an optional laptop purchase program. The laptop program allows students to purchase an HP laptop and receive special support for the unit from the Franklin College Information Technology Service department.  For students interested in Apple laptops, the Franklin ITS department recommends using the education discount when making their purchase through Apple.
